Six Question Meme

Seeing I am rushing off to an interview, I don't have time to write a nice, creative post, so here's a meme I stole from Gill:

Six Question meme
The rules of the game get posted at the beginning. Each player answers the questions about themselves. At the end of the post, the player then tags 6 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know they’ve been tagged and asking them to read your blog. Let the person who tagged you know when you’ve posted your answer.

What was I doing 10 years ago?
Grade 8.

What are 6 things on my to-do list for today?
1. Post on blog.
2. Read favourite blogs.
3. Buy the rest of Dad's birthday present. It's his Bday today and we're all going out for supper. Yay!
4. Resist murdering government client.
5. Get approval on various stories
6. Wrap dad's Bday present.

Snacks I enjoy?
Oreos, pepper salticrax and doritos.

Things I would do if I were a billionaire?
Buy hubby a bakkie (a utility vehicle or truck for non-saffers); send my parents on an exotic holiday; start my own company, invest in the stockmarket; buy a house; give lots of money away to various people in need; support my favourite charities; self-publish a book; and start a skills development training college where the disadvantaged can learn language and writing skills.

Places I have lived?
Joburg
Ladismith
Boksburg
Durban
Cape Town
Pretoria
(not in that order)

How did you name your blog?
Self-explanatory! A journalist that jots down her random doodles and thoughts.

I'm not tagging anyone, but feel free to go ahead and do this. Let me know if you do.

Sweets: Hah! A billion? In my industry?! Not unless I'm the next Rupert Murdoch, and I really doubt that.

Supa: Thanks, lady. It was actually just a normal interview for an article I have to write, but it went fine.

Gill: Awww... thanks. If I do ever get there, I'll be sure to send you a million just for saying that ;-)

Angel: Eish! Yours is so similar. I reckon I'll just do the questions I haven't already.
